Dinner last night — grilled salmon with rice pilaf.

It’s July 1st, & I made a committment to myself that I’d make healthy choices this month. They are:

  • Drink only water, skim milk, & tea (herbal & green).
  • Eat breakfast daily.
  • No red meat or fried foods.
  • Meditate every morning & evening.
  • Exercise 5x a week (Mon-Fri).
  • No eating past 8PM.
  • Organic produce only.
  • Start shopping at the local Farmer’s Market.
  • Look into natural beauty products.
