It’s July 1st, & I made a committment to myself that I’d make healthy choices this month. They are:
- Drink only water, skim milk, & tea (herbal & green).
- Eat breakfast daily.
- No red meat or fried foods.
- Meditate every morning & evening.
- Exercise 5x a week (Mon-Fri).
- No eating past 8PM.
- Organic produce only.
- Start shopping at the local Farmer’s Market.
- Look into natural beauty products.
